The Register of Deeds Office offers a free online notification system called Property Check. Property Check is a 24/7 notification system that allows residents to sign up to receive notifications of recordings on their property by activating alerts based on their name. If a document has been recorded that contains a name you wish to monitor, you will be notified via email and/or text message.
